We remove existing grass, concrete, or landscaping as needed. Our demolition crew handles proper base grading and drainage layout before a single paver or roll of turf goes down.

Install & Final Cleanup
Turf is cut, seamed, and secured. Pavers are set and compacted. Edging is finished. We run cleanup before we leave, neighbors shouldn't be able to tell we were there except for the finished yard.

How long does an artificial turf installation take?
Most residential installs in the Chandler and Gilbert area take 1–3 days depending on square footage and site conditions. We'll give you a firm timeline in your quote, and Gabe Gonzalez noted in his review that we finished within the agreed timeframe.
Does artificial turf get too hot in the Arizona summer?
Standard synthetic turf does absorb heat. We won't pretend otherwise. We use heat-resistant turf products and can discuss infill options that help moderate surface temperature. For poolside or shaded installations, heat retention is much less of a factor.
Will my HOA approve artificial turf?
Most HOAs in Chandler, Gilbert, and Mesa now approve quality synthetic turf installs, especially given water restriction pressures. We've worked within HOA guidelines for years and can advise on what product grades and border treatments typically pass approval.
